”I have always loved Leah Grant’s murals that resonate with joyful pops of bright colours, but this one in the CBD has got to be my absolute favourite work by her. It has left quite an impression on me for the past few years and despite me frothing over the playful tones, it’s the words that make me stop every single time and think about how I envision myself as an individual and how picky I get with how I look. I’ve personally seen a lot of emotional growth over the years and while I still struggle with my appearance at the worst of times, this mural always serves as a gentle reminder to proudly flaunt what you got with all the confidence in the world and put yourself out there for YOU. No one else can and should ~ever~ take that power away from you.”
