5 day residency with Leah Grant, jam packed with a school assembly presentation on creativity, artist workshops, mural development and brainstorming and a mural installation.
Includes:
School assembly presentation for 50+ students about the value of creativity.
Day 1 - Aerosol workshops, up to 3 sessions for 75 students. Including artist talk and demo.
Day 2 - Concept development. Leah will lead the students in a range of drawing and collage activities to brainstorm and design a mural for your school.
Day 3 - Leah will work in your studio. Experimenting and designing concepts. Students can see an artists process using the resources of your school.
Day 4 - students to work with Leah installing the mural. This is usually with acrylic paint.
Day 5 - students to work with Leah installing the mural. This is usually with aerosol.
3 x concept designs to choose from, specifically made for your location, size and community.
Mural installation on an exterior wall brick wall, up to 16m2, at ground level. Surfaces larger than this will incur additional fee for materials and artist fee.
