A nature inspired mural at Geelong Lutheran College brings colour and unity to a new garden bed. Painted ahead of planting, the artwork is designed to grow alongside the garden, creating a welcoming focal point as families and students enter the campus.

Mandama Primary School just got a colourful update! In Term 4 of 2025, Leah painted a gum nut inspired design on the exterior of the art room, and the students’ reactions were priceless. Bright, fun, and full of creativity, this mural has brought a little extra magic to their school grounds.

During a week-long visit to Indulkana Anangu School, I had the privilege of working with students and teachers on a mural project that became so much more than just art. What began with no sketch or plan grew into three vibrant murals, two workshops, and a powerful connection to culture, creativity, and community. This experience opened my heart and deepened my understanding of the challenges and incredible strengths of remote Indigenous education.
